Rather than offering a fixed menu, the focus is on creating a bespoke eating experience shaped by the character of each event, the audience, and the atmosphere. Whether serving at festivals, sporting events, private functions or pop-ups, the aim is always the same: proper food, cooked well, served quickly, and remembered long after the event has finished.
At the heart of the offering sits European-inspired street food, with German classics such as currywurst and loaded fries taking centre stage. These are bold, comforting dishes, full of flavour and designed to be enjoyed socially. Alongside these favourites sits a lighter, fresher side of the menu, with vibrant salads and healthier options that balance indulgence with choice, ensuring there is something for everyone.
The sweet offering brings its own personality. Traditional kaiserschmarrn, the much-loved Austrian shredded pancake, is prepared fresh and served warm with seasonal accompaniments, offering a nostalgic and satisfying finish. Alongside this sit homemade bakes that feel familiar and comforting, from rich beetroot brownies to Nana’s ginger cake, each made with care and a nod to traditional home baking.
